Forum Users Awaiting Email confirmation
 

I have email confirmation turned on as of a few days ago. There are 145 users in the Usergroup "Users awaiting Email confirmation".

Despite the fact that it tells the user they wll not be allowed to post until they've verified their email address, all my forums allow new posts by these users.

How do I disable everything for users who have not activated by email, and why isn't this working properly by default?
