Changing font size, color in text area
 

Hi,

i want to change the default font style, font size to 2 in text input area like in new thread area or in quick reply box. How can i change it..?

In the image you can see two different colors. "Dear members and guests" text have faded style, i want to make the style of this text to style the text below it have, means dark color. How to do that...?
