Forum Search Flood Timer Broken
 

Our forum uses a 5-second flood timer between searches. Unfortunately, this timer is seriously broken and we cannot seem to fix it. As shown in the attached image, users receive a message about our 5-second timer, but are then asked to wait a random amount of time (considerably longer than 5 seconds) before searching again.
