ban user is not unbanning members ?
 

Having an issue with ban user
when we ban someone for say 7 days
after this period it does not auto unban them
instead the message about ban time left shows as
"Will be lifted soon" and we have to manually lift the ban
shouldn't it be done auto ?
and if so, why is it not working for us properly ?
