Forum HTML Code Inside a Message
 

I would like to be able to use HTML code inside Forum Messages but to not allow any of my Users to do it. I can not seem to find the permission in the Usergroups section of the AdminCP. I want to make it so only Administrators can put HTML inside a message. Please Help. Thank you all very much.
