Forum Link block not working.
 

I have users set up to be placed into a restricted group with fewer than 5 posts, they can not post links.

It has worked well so far. Puts the post into "Moderation" for approval, etc.

However this one slipped through:

(note the word minoxidil is a link).

Why wasn't this stopped?
