You can not register after upgrade.
 

Hello, I just upgraded from 4.2.0 to 5.0.0 Beta16 and I've noticed that users can not register. When I visit http://www.mysite.com/register the following error:

An internal error has occurred and the widget can not be displayed.

That problem may be? I tested with a clean install and the page works without problems.

Any solution?
