Stuck on customer name install
 

I have loaded the site to my server and am trying to unpack it. Now Im stuck with:

Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:

• Error description: 2
• The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the includes/config.php file

I tried using my login which is not the same as on my member page customer number?
