CMS global variables for the cms section?
 

I am trying to put a small summary of the page content in the header which includes the title of the page and the section it comes in. In the forum section the following code works well (at least for showthread):

I am trying to figure out how to do something similar for the CMS section. Are there any global variables that can give me the title of the CMS article and the category the article is in?

Is there any list of all the global variables? Or can I find them in a particular file?
