German localization for vBulletin 5 connect
 

I own a license for vBulletin 4.2 Publishing Suite from vBulletin-Germany. I know I can transfer this license to vBulletin.com. But before I do this, I want to know, if I can get further support for a german vBulletin 4.2 Publishing Suite from vbulletin.com and a localized german version vBulletin 5 connect.

Will vBulletin 5 connect get localized for german customers?
