Forum + instead of Post New Thread button
 

I'm seeing a "+" sign in the button that usually shows "Post New Thread" and the "Forum Information and Options" section at the bottom is also not showing correctly. Background:

- I've just moved server and domain
- This only happens in one forum, the rest are normal

Anyone know how to solve this?
