Forum Pictures not deleting from attachment manager even after 1 hour
 

I've searched, but couldn't find a definitive answer to this.

Inside the attachment manager, I have multiple photos that are not being used anywhere, that are stuck inside the attachment manager.

I am storing within the file system.

I have deleted the actual attachments inside the users folders via FTP - now the thumbnails and images are gone, but the filenames remain. ie: 239a.jpg remains still.

I search for 239a.jpg in phpmyadmin and can find it in two spots:

1: attachment
2: attachmentcategoryuser

How can I get rid of these once and for all? I've run the hourly cleanups manually.
