Questions regarding branding?
 

Hi,

I have just got a quick question regarding branding here.

Ok I know that without purchasing a branding free licence you can remove the Powered By... text in the webpage title but you must leave it and the copyright text, at the bottom of the page (which i am happy to do as I use vBulletin proudly :D), however I want to know, can I remove or change the "vBulletin Message" that appears when you log in or out etc. (image attached so you can see what I mean to ;)) and remove this text (highlighted in bold) from the forum rules that appear when users sign up:

WITHOUT buying a branding free licence.
