Forum Reputation Description Phantom ....
 

At some point in the past we may have put this "Description" in place for someone with VERY bad reputation, but since then we restored everything to default, and all the description sentences are default as well:

User is infamous around these partsUser can only hope to improveUser has a little shameless behaviour in the past

etc etc.

Yet when i hover over a user's reputation icon - it shows this:

That sentence does not exist in the Admin panel Reputation Manager anywhere.

Definitely not for someone with no reputation yet. And i am also seeing it on people who are in the "Banned" group. Which makes sense because I seem to remember setting that description for someone who was Banned.
But when i look at usergroup manager I dont see any options for having a custom description for Banned users.
This user isnt even banned ...
