Advice for processor
 

Hello,

according to you which is the better server between the Dual Xeon Dual Core 2.8GHZ Hyperthreaded EMT64 and the Intel Q9400 Quad Core?
I don't understand well because some people advice me the Dual Xeon instead the Q9400, they said that is (Dual Xeon) more strong and powerful, but I thinked that a Quad Core is always better of a Dual Core, but the Xeon is more stable and has high performance with server. Is this true? Can help me to make the best choice?
