Lost my customer status?
 

Hello.
I've been a rather long-term customer.
Recently my owned license expired and I am considering to renew it once vbulletin 4 goes public beta.
However I can't log into the vbulletin members area.
I can't even send support tickets. I know the last time my license expired, these things were still ok.
