Reinstalled VB - error "Oops! This link appears to be broken."
 

Hi, I was using Vb 3.8.1. I went ahead to upgrade it to 3.8.2 but some how I have messed up with it. I have reinstalled whole VB. But Now I am getting error " Oops! This link appears to be broken."

I have taken backup just before the update. Please help how to solve the above problem.
