Forum Login Problems with a Certain User
 

This user has been having login problems for a long time now.

He joined the forum on June 8, but sometime after June 26 -- his current last activity at the time -- he was unable to log in. By a stroke of luck, he was able to log in on September 14, but that seemed to be his only lucky day, as he's not able to log in again.

What he told one of our other users there via IM is that he logs in and gets the redirect message like users logging in are supposed to, but then it shows him as logged out.

Things that have been tried:

• Acting as if he forgot his password and requesting a password reset via e-mail.
• Tried a different computer.
• Tried a friend's computer to see if it was an ISP issue.
• Had another one of our users try logging in for him.

None of these worked.
