I saw Professional Installation/Upgrade service charge as discounted to 99$ from 149$ couple of days back but again today saw hiked to 149$ suddenly -pathway is like 149$ to 99$ and again 149$ ?

What is the exact charge and any specific reason for discount and hike to normal in just 3-4 days time suddenly. I thought to pay and upgrade and now its again 149$ from 99$ in my cart.

Kindly charge only 99$ for Professional Installation/Upgrade service
