CMS Problem with URLs and special Characters in IE
 

Hello,

I have friendly URLs activated and strict canonical URLs, also

:NCR Encode UTF-8 URLs for IE set to yes ...

But still IE does not display URLs with special spanish characters ... Can someone help me?And what is the mbstring extension and PCRE?
