Forum Smileys dont show up on mobile apps
 

We are running vbulletin 4.2, and all smileys work as usual on the vbulletin software. If you use tapatalk or forum runner, any smilies posted via a computer show up as the test code, and vice versa.........Is there some sort of compatability issue, and is there a fix?????
