Forum Forum Side Bar Blocks not Obeying Sort Order
 

4.2.0 patch level 2

I have four forum sidebar blocks.

One new threads from a specific forums (1st position)
One html block for an advertising (2nd position)
One new threads from any forum (3rd position)
One new posts from any forum (4th position)

In Admincp they are ordered correctly, but on the forum homepage, no matter what I do they're ordered like this:

It isn't a display bug, checking the page source, VB outputs them in that order. I also created them in the order of the sort order, and in fact for a long time only had the first two. I only just added 3 and 4 today.
