Forum Proxy Spammers
 

Well, I have some users at my forum, and they keep changing their IP address through proxies, so I can not IP ban them, I tried banning the e-mail addresses (you can make temp. e-mail accounts) but that doesn't solve the problem too.

How can I solve this? I am running Vb 4.2.0
