Forum Strange code added to every thread

Hi guys (and girls)!
I've noticed today that all my forum threads started to have some kind of strange code added to their URL's.

For example, if i am trying: http://www.consolegames.ro/forum/f51...nsolegames-ro/
I am getting: http://www.consolegames.ro/forum/f51.../#.UH28I8XcKYQ

If i am trying: http://www.consolegames.ro/forum/f11...us-padfone-2-a
I am getting:http://www.consolegames.ro/forum/f11.../#.UH24qcXcKYQ

It's doing this on all the browsers... and i can't find how is this generated (haven't installed anything lately in addons or else). Please let me know how to fix this.
