Forum What's new tab, showing disjointed for user
 

I have a use that is saying he is seeing cut off text on the "what's new tab" I have tried several computers and several browsers but I cannot replicate what he is seeing He says he's using firefox but it looks fine for me. here is the screen shotsvscreenshot.jpg
he provided, any ideas what could be causing it?
