Best host for a new VB site
 

I am looking at starting a VB forum and estimate to have anywhere from 100-150 concurrent users at any given time. I have searched previous threads and read up on the subject but I wanted to see what you all recommended for my specific need. I am noob with this stuff and for that reason would like a fully managed host. From what I have read a VPS looks like a viable option for the traffic I expect. What specific host do you all recommend? I need something with good security, fully managed, reliable, and fast.
