Forum Attachment upload .zip keeps waiting at 100%

I tried to upload a 1.09MB zip file quite a few times but every time it keeps waiting at the 100% mark and that's it. I waited like 20 minutes and it's still like this. Nothing happens when it finishes uploading and it just stalls there.

I set the maximum size for .zip file upload as 5000000 which is 5MB.

What's wrong?
