Forum RSS Feed Manager problem: "XML Error: Unknown Feed Type at Line 0" Dear all, I have set up a number of RSS-feeds (about 12 max at any given time) that post into our forums. Fairly regularly they just stop posting for a while, only to spring back to life again some time later. When I look at the RSS Feed Manager when the feeds go down, they all (!) report an 'XML Error: Unknown Feed Type at Line 0' message. I am stumped as to why this is happening. The feeds are all valid and I can't believe all of them would go invalid at the same time. They are all Twitter-feeds by the way, but Twitter itself does not seem to be experiencing any problems when we are. I have searched the forums for this error and found a couple of threads, but none of them offer any working solutions. I have tried disabling all hooks, clearing the cache and resetting the web-server (multiple times). None of it helps. As stated the feeds just come back after some time. Could this be a server-issue? The forum itself continues to work fine during the outages of the feeds. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time. Regards, fintan74 |
