Forum Exporting mailing list from vB4 to CSV, excluding those who have opted out
 

I'm using vBulletin 4.2.0 PL2. We want to try using another mail manager other than Vertical Response so we want to export a mailing list of forum registered users to a CSV file.

The admin cp "Generate Mailing List" feature only generates a list of email addresses separated by commas, or quoted commas for you to copy and paste into outlook. There's no export function as such.

Is there an easy way to get this across to excel to generate a mailing list?

If not, and if the only way to do this is to use PHPMyAdmin, what do you select in PHPMyAdmin to choose only those users who have opted to receive emails from administrators?
