Forum Adding Custom Ad Location
 

I want to place a new leader board banner on my forum.

I would like the banner to appear on the page when someone is viewing a thread. I want it to sit near the bottom, between the pagination and 'Previous Thread | Next Thread' links. Please can someone tell me which template I need to edit to accomplish this?

Also, is it possible to add code to prevent the Global Above Footer banner from displaying when this new one is visible?
The controls within 'Manage Ads' all seem to be 'Display this ad if..' when ideally I want a 'DON'T Display this ad if...' option.
