Forum Shifting Forum From Subdomain to Main Domain
 

I have Vbulletin 4.2 PL2 and I use Vbseo with it. Now my site is installed at mysite.com/forum

On the root (mysite.com), I had a wordpress installation which I don't use anymore. I will uninstall it.

I need to move my forum to mysite.com root. I need to know what has to be done and how the redirect issue has to be handled in order to let users arrive at the right page through cached posts in search engines?
