Developer documentation, suggested dev. platform/ide?
 

Now that 5.0 has been made public, how soon can we expect documentation for developers? As I understand it, the plugin arch. has been completely rewritten. API documentation, tutorials, migration guides, samples, etc. would be excellent to have.

Also, what platform do you recommend that plug-in developers use?
