Forum Statusicon Problem
 

I've searched through a bunch of threads and have attempted to change my forums statusicons to no avail.

I went into admincp> forums and moderators> forum manager> forum name and tried to install a prefix for my images.

When I hit the save button, I get a database error....

Questions:

Am I attempting to do this correctly in the first place?
Does this need to be done to each individual forum?
