Still have my avatars not showing...

- I've rebuilt thumbnails in avatars
- I've rebuilt thumbnails in custom avatars
- I've CHMOD 777 /public_html/images/avatars/thumbs/
- I've CHMOD 777 /public_html/customavatars/thumbs/

I'm getting:
