Forum Instant Notifications - Using Third Party Mailing List?
 

I am new to vBulletin - currently running the 4.2.0 software.
I have been on other forums that I receive an instant email for every new post, containing a link to open that post. I would like to implement this on my forum. I know they were all using a third party mailing list program like fusemail.com because the memberships were closed access so updating the list was controlled - much in the same way mine will be.

How do I implement this into my forums, where are the options to do this so that;

Any new thread in SubForum1 instantly emails "[email protected]" and then using the mailing list service, that email distributes to several hundred instantly levering there massive servers
etc etc so this is replicated with each sub forum substituting the name and emails for the appropriate forum.
