Forum Some users are unable to upload attachments
 

I have been unable to figure this out, even though I'm sure it's something obvious. I performed a VB4 upgrade this past year and SOME users have not been able to upload photos, either to their gallery OR via an attachment.

It seems they are able to hotlink images OK but directly attaching is causing problems.

I do have two usergroups for most posters, one is for all registered users and then I have another one for registered users with a minimum of 5 posts and 1 month on the board. But I have the Quote set to 0 there as well (see below, this is "registered users")
