Forum Changing the forum time
 

I have tried changing the time on the forum in the ACP and it does nothing. Does the forum time get set on the server? I think my server is outside the US. It is 4 hours ahead of me. I have changed the settings and it does not affect the forum time at the bottom of the index page.
