Forum Search engine crawler problem I set up a new new site a few weeks ago with only a few mods (theme, Garage). I have the Friendly URL option enabled for Mod Rewrite and used the included htaccess file from vB. Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs: threads/1234-Thread-Title I shared a thread on Facebook and see quite a few of these links being accessed by some crawlers when I check Who's Online. /threads/threads/threads/threads/threads/threads/threads/threads/threads/threads/threads/............ Why is this happening, should I be concerned and is there a fix for this? I really would like all bots to be happy with this new site and not upset anyone. :) Attached Images |
