Forum Site not loading fully, can someone take a peek?

Was working fine and no changes at all, then it suddenly would only load the header and dies. I have hooks disabled and set to default style. My host is horrendously slow at responding for whatever reason, but I thought maybe someone here might know off hand why this is happening?
