Attachment issue.
 

We have a couple people on our forums that for some reason or another can't view attachments. Two different user groups (one is a moderator and one is just a registered user). Other people don't have issues. Everything in usergroup and forum permissions is set to be able to view attachments.

Any idea of what I can tell them to do/try to be able to see attachments?
