"Blog Categories" wont show. How to fix?
 

Users are complaining that they can't see or create categories for their blog. We have a list created but nothing shows up.

I thought upgrading to the latest version (2.0.2) would fix. But when members try to post new entries, categories are still blank.

Here's the only message that's seen: (Also see attached image)
"Selecting a child category will also include the blog entry in any parent categories."

I also tried rebuilding all blog counters etc. I checked for template conflicts but no template edits were made for the blog templates.

Any ideas?
