Connect Button on External Page
 

I am just wondering, and I am sure there is a way to do it rather easily. How can I tap into the vB api so that I can add an facebook connect button on an external page? I am basically using the core system of vB for a website of mine, but can't seem to figure out where the programming for the button, and how it connects is located. Could greatly use some help please! :D Thank~
