CMS Moving site to an new host.
 

Aftr having endless problems since VB launch in August, I'm moving the site to a more (hopefully) reliable host.

I've had a look round and seen quite a few things regarding new installs and upgrades but either i'm blind or I can't find any good help on backup and closing on one host and installing and restoring on another.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.
