Spammer made it into restricted section
 

Alright, this has me scratching my head. I occasionally get a spammer here and there that breaks past the reCAPTCHA and email verification then onto the site.

Today, somehow a spammer signed up, spammed the usual sections but also made it into one forum that is only setup to let "VIP" users into it. Regular users cannot access it and you have to pay to get in via paid subscription. I didn't get paid! :p

Anyways, I'm upset that
1. Spammers are breaking the reCAPTCHA and email verification
2. The program somehow broke into my private section

How do I resolve spammers from even making it onto the site? Here is his info for posterity.
