Forum Forum spend to much processor strength
 

I have problem with forum. My web provider move my forum to speccial Application Pool who shut down forum when he spend limited resources because he spend by his words more then 60% processor strenght (2x 8core Xenon) and all other sites (1000 of them) around 30%.

My hiking forum is small forum with up to 50 new posts per day so I don't know how he spend so much resources..

What I must do to fix this problem?
