Mass email problem
 

I need to send a mass email out to our members using the adminCP, That is not a problem but the problem is my host will only let me send 500 email/hour before they class it as spamming.

Is there anyway i can limit the number of emails sent from adminCP and then continue sending email to the remaining members a while later?
