How to copy all posts from 1 forum category to another site
 

Hey,

I am looking to copy all posts from 1 forum category on my first vBulletin to a second site.

I don't want all posts on the forum copied, just posts from 1 category - It is 1 category with 1 forum, so specifically just 1 forum.

Can anyone help on how to do this please? I think I might have to use phpmyadmin but I'm not sure if this is an option in vB.
