Odd Reputation Issue (single user affected)
 

So I have a user that cannot see who is assigning her reputation. I even logged in as her (thus ensuring that it's not a cookie issue) and noticed no users listed (it should be Thread, Date, Posted By, Comment but hers is Thread, Date, Comment).

Anyone else seen this? if so, did you find a workaround or solution?
