Forum Hyperlink in post does not show like the traditional hyperlink
 

For some reason when we put in a link on the site in any forum post it does not show as the typical hyperlink in blue you would see...

It comes up as the title of the thread instead in black lettering which most people overlook because it doesnt look like a link.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
