Mod Permission & Mark Forum Read Question
 

Hello,

I am running vBulletin 3.8. I have a couple of quick questions to ask:

> Mod’s Permission: How do I enable the mod’s user group to be able to send PM’s to the members who cannot use PM function?

> Mark Forums Read: For some reason, I removed this from Quick Links. Members are requesting to add it back. Now I’m not able to figure out the code.

Reverting the template is not an option as we have a few other changes done too.
